Brain has now supplied how Milos and Alex meet in this alternate world story, which is massively useless. (...I was gonna say Alex gets to carry Milos much sooner into their acquaintance, except actually I think it's almost the same, give or take a couple of days, only this time it doesn't involve a van.)
Did produce some useful shit though, like in a situation involving alfa and humans, Sarah will automatically assign herself the alfa because nobody can accuse her of using the honey-tongue Skill to skew witness statements with them. Also that, apropos of nothing, medic Josh is like 1/12th alfa, something nobody in his immediate family knew, and which only became apparent when a honey-tongue addict couldn't work out why this young doctor was completely ignoring their irresistible requests for drugs.
Which is handy 'cause I'd always wondered how that poor bastard got there in the first place, and what stopped kids like Sarah taking advantage of him.
Yeah, they had to work hard to instill morals into Sarah; took a while too.
I didn't intend to name Sarah after someone I know. I intended to name her after the Panic! At The Disco song Sarah Smiles, which for reasons only known to my old laptop Sixteen was played a lot when I was writing about her in Alex's past stories. I'd known of her existence from before those, along with her appearance. It just took a while for the name.
Asexual, aromantic, and transmasc non-binary. No, I have no idea how I ended up writing romance either.
